Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Parts Advisor for our GWM branch in Hexham. No prior parts experience required as full training will be provided. The role focuses on stocking vehicles, updating customers throughout the journey, and delivering excellent service.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00–17:30 with alternate Saturdays 8:00–12:00. The position includes a competitive £42,500 OTE with bonuses, plus benefits such as private healthcare and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Keen to learn and adapt to new systems.

• Comfortable using computers; training provided for systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts required for a vehicle.
• Order parts from internal and external sources.
• Pick and pack parts for delivery or collection.
• Communicate with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide quick and accurate service to customers.
• Handle invoicing accurately.
• Review digital communications for customers.
• Manage stock levels and accuracy.
