Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a Parts Advisor to deliver a modern and efficient parts service within a small team. You will support the Workshop, ensure prompt up-sell of VHCs, and manage goods-in, stock checks, rotations, returns, and service liaison to keep technicians productive.

The role requires main dealer Parts Advisor experience (2+ years), familiarity with Autoline/Kerridge, a customer-focused mindset, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer as a Parts Advisor (2+ years).
• Proficient with Autoline or Kerridge software.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to keep technicians productive.
• Handle goods-in, parts identification and order processing.
• Perpetual stock checking and stock rotation.
• Liaise with Service on parts-related matters.
• Prioritise workload to meet customer expectations.

Job description

Parts Advisor Role:

Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Advisor, You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters. You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer’s expectations

Parts Advisor – Requirements:

• To have main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor with at least 2 Years Experience
• Preferably to have Autoline/Kerridge experience
• To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
• To have a valid driving licence

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am to 1pm
