Job summary

Jago Consultants' client, a franchised car dealership in Worcester, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join the team. The role focuses on delivering a modern, efficient parts service to keep the Workshop productive and ensure fast, accurate parts supply.

You should be a strong all-rounder with knowledge of parts processes, goods-in, stock control, and liaison with Service on parts matters. A valid driving licence and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor in a main dealer.
• Autoline or Kerridge experience preferred.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a modern and efficient parts service to keep the Workshop productive.
• Handle goods-in, parts identification, and stock control.
• Process orders, stock rotation, and parts returns.
• Liaise with Service regarding parts-related matters.
• Focus on up-selling and meeting customer expectations.

Job description

Our client is a franchised Car Dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.

Parts Advisor Role:

Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Advisor, You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters. You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer’s expectations

Parts Advisor – Requirements:

• To have main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor
• Preferably to have Autoline / Kerridge experience
• To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
• To have a valid driving licence
