Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a Prestige Car Dealership in the United Kingdom for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a small team. You will manage goods-in, parts identification, stock control and liaise with Workshop to keep technicians productive.

The ideal candidate has main dealer experience and familiarity with Autoline or Kerridge, a customer-focused attitude, and a valid driving licence. This is an on-site, full-time role with opportunities to grow.

Our client is a Prestige Car Dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.

Parts Advisor Role:

Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Advisor, You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters. You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer’s expectations

Parts Advisor – Requirements:

• To have main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor
• Preferably to have Autoline / Kerridge experience
• To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
• To have a valid driving licence
