Responsibilities

• Respond to trade and retail customer parts enquiries via face-to-face, email, and telephone communication.
• Accurately identify and process parts orders for collection or next-day dispatch.
• Ensure high standard of customer service throughout all interactions.
• Carry out parts stock control and inventory management.
• Supply parts to HGV technicians within the workshop efficiently.
• Cover for the Parts Delivery Driver during their absence when required.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic parts catalogue systems (Kerridge/Keyloop advantageous).
• Support general workshop operations related to parts and stock management.

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Avonmouth.

This Parts Advisor role offers the chance to work with a leading industry brand within a well-established local business. The successful Parts Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing parts enquiries, and ensuring accurate parts identification and dispatch.

• Competitive salary between £30,000 and £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Performance-related bonus scheme offering £300 per month plus 1% over 120% of monthly target
• 22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Parts Advisor Duties:

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
