Job summary

TrustFord, the largest Ford dealership in Europe, is looking for a Parts Advisor to join its PartsPlus Distribution Centre. In this role, you will use your excellent communication skills to receive and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring optimal management of accounts.

The ideal candidate will be highly numerate and literate, familiar with motor vehicle parts, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us at our PartsPlus Distribution Centre. We are seeking candidate whose excellent communication skills make them stand out from the crowd. The right candidate must be numerate and literate with a prompt, courteous and professional manner, and excellent IT skills.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and integration with other departments to maintain a smooth operation.

• Are you confident in upselling to customers?
• Do you live within a commutable distant to WF6 1QT?
• Do you have good knowledge of motor vehicle parts?
• Are you familiar with Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook?

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
