We are looking for a Parts Supervisor. The successful candidate will lead a team of colleagues in hitting parts department KPI's and efficiency deadlines set with in the business. The role will be assisting parts colleagues in dealing with internal and external customers, ordering parts and invoicing, you will require experience working in a busy Parts department. Your team will be receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and integration with other departments to maintain a smooth operation. You’ll promote all aspects of health and safety, always maintaining good housekeeping throughout the site and manage / support stock checks and stock purchases. You’ll motivate your team and ensure that the best customer service is being delivered. You’ll monitor start times, time keeping, holidays and attendance for the department, ensuring adequate resources are in place to cover all job aspects daily.

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
