Job summary

Vertu Volvo Yeovil is seeking an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join the Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact with customers, face-to-face or by telephone, with training to become a fully qualified Parts Advisor.

The role includes managing parts supply, stock control, supporting the Aftersales Manager and delivering a professional customer experience in line with the workshop operation.

Qualifications

• Entry Qualifications GCSE grades 4 - 9 (or equivalent A*- C) in Mathematics.
• GCSE English Language.
• One other GCSE subject required.

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join the team at Vertu Volvo Yeovil!We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to start a career in the Motor Industry.

Training to become a full qualified 'Parts Advisor', you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact with many of our customers, either face to face or over the telephone.

The daily duties for a Parts Apprentice includes the following:
