Job summary

Vertu Mercedes Benz of Reading is seeking an Apprentice Parts Advisor to begin a career in the motor industry. You will be the first point of contact with customers, face-to-face or over the phone, while you train to become a fully qualified Parts Advisor within the Aftersales team.

The role offers an apprentice rate of £8.00 per hour. Responsibilities include managing parts supply, overseeing stock, supporting the Aftersales Manager, and representing the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4-9 (A*-C) required.
• One other GCSE at grade 4-9 or equivalent required.
• Enthusiasm for a career in motor retail.

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join the team at Vertu Mercedes Benz of Reading!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to start a career in the Motor Industry.

Training to become a full qualified 'Parts Advisor', you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact with many of our customers, either face to face or over the telephone. This role offers an apprentice rate of £8.00 per hour.

The daily duties for a Parts Apprentice includes the following:

• Managing all aspects of parts supply, in and out.
• Helping coach and motivate others.
• Oversee the parts stock inventory.
• Drive supply through the onsite workshop.
• Proactively support the Aftersales Manager.
• Represent the company in a highly professional manner

It is essential that you hold Entry Qualifications GCSE grades 4 - 9 (or equivalent A*- C) in:

• Mathematics
• English Language
