Job description

Thrive Group is pleased to collaborate with our client based in Trowbridge, who is actively seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

What You Will Be Doing:

Working in a busy Parts Department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of parts and supplies, and assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.

  1. Process parts orders and returns.
  2. Coordinate with technicians to ensure the timely delivery of parts.
  3. Keep track of parts warranties.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
  1. Previous experience in a parts department or the automotive industry is preferred.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
What You Will Receive in Return:
  1. Basic salary: £26,500 per annum, with OTE of £30,000.
  2. Monday to Friday, full-time position.
  3. Company pension scheme.
