I am working with a dealership seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor

Job Location – Romsey, near Southampton (Hampshire)

Working hours: Mon – Friday 08:15 to 17:30, Sat – 08:30 to 12:30 (1 in 2)

Parts Advisor Role:

1. Working within a busy parts department, delivering excellent customer service and an efficient parts service.
2. Supporting the Workshop with a high level of service and managing a busy Trade parts operation, including export sales.
3. Understanding all aspects of a parts department, including goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service regarding parts matters. Parts verification experience is beneficial.
4. Dealing with customers professionally and personally, as expected by the brand.

Additional Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor.
2. Excellent customer handling skills.
3. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and team working abilities.
