Our client is a multi-franchised car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team in the Chippenham area.

Parts Advisor Role:

Working within a small team, you will focus on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority is to maintain a high level of service to the workshop to ensure technicians remain productive and to ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Advisor, you should be a strong all-rounder, understanding all aspects of a parts department, including goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with service over parts-related matters. You should be customer-focused and able to prioritize your workload to meet customer expectations.

Parts Advisor – Requirements:

• Experience as a main dealer Parts Advisor is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with Autoline / Kerridge is desirable.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work.
• Valid driving license.
