Our client is a Main Car Dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.

Parts Advisor Role:
Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, and to ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. This includes goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service over parts-related matters. You will be customer-focused and able to prioritize your workload to meet customer expectations.

Parts Advisor – Requirements:
- Main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor with at least 2 years of experience
- Preferably experience with Autoline/Kerridge
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work
- Valid driving license

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30 am to 1 pm
