Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Stevenage is recruiting for a Parts Advisor to support customers and technicians with parts enquiries, process orders and ensure a smooth service.

You will use your parts knowledge, sales experience and customer service skills to provide accurate product information, handle orders and help the team meet targets while enjoying a generous leave allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally within retail or showroom.
• Good communication and numeracy with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a busy environment and handle multiple enquiries.
• Comfortable using computers, email and the internet.
• Willingness to work toward sales targets.
• Knowledge of agricultural, construction, horticultural or motor parts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to parts enquiries face to face, over the telephone and by email.
• Process customer orders and arrange the dispatch of parts.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Parts Advisor, you'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by supporting customers and technicians with their parts requirements. You'll provide friendly, professional service while ensuring orders are processed accurately and enquiries are handled efficiently.
