Job summary

ACTIVATE GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the Activate Parts team in Huntingdon. The role is office-based with 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £26,227.50 per year.

You will handle timely ordering and delivery of automotive parts, communicating with customers and suppliers to ensure best value and service. Key duties include processing customer orders, building relationships with stakeholders, updating orders in systems, and invoicing upon delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Continually build product knowledge to communicate effectively with suppliers.
• Use systems to monitor and update orders and keep customers informed.
• Communicate via email and phone daily.
• Accurate and timely upload of invoices to the system.
• Process and prepare invoices upon delivery.
• Liaise with finance department to ensure correct charging and timely payments to suppliers.
• Provide additional customer support and participate in ad-hoc projects.

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

Fixed Term: Start date 01 September 2026 to end date 01 October 2027
