Job Details

Location: Romford, RM3

Salary: £32,000 per annum + bonus

Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm, with Saturday mornings on rota; 45 hours per week

Company Overview

Renault Romford is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department. Motor factors or automotive Parts experience is essential. Renault Retail Group is a national network representing Renault, Dacia, Nissan, and Alpine, and is Renault’s largest dealer group in the UK.

Responsibilities

1. Operate the front counter for trade and retail customers
2. Serve the dealership’s technicians at the back counter
3. Manage the parts storage facility/warehouse
4. Occasional parts delivery, requiring a full UK driving licence

Candidate Requirements

• Experience as an automotive parts advisor, telesales operative, or motor factors sales advisor
• Experience with multi-drop delivery is advantageous
