Are you an experienced Parts Advisor or an organized individual with some automotive experience looking to grow your career in the motor trade?

If so, you could be the person Waylands is seeking to join our Parts team at Waylands Volvo, Oxford. Waylands Automotive is a successful and expanding motor dealer group with 11 sites across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Avon.

What’s the Role?

Working within our small, close-knit team, you will provide a high-quality service. Your responsibilities include selling our parts and aftersales services, ensuring their successful delivery to our valued Volvo customers, liaising with the workshop to understand work in progress, updating customers, obtaining authorizations for additional work, and resolving queries to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Sales or Aftersales within the automotive industry. However, exceptional candidates without automotive experience will also be considered. The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated, and capable of achieving consistently high levels of customer service. They should also be an effective communicator with an interest in cars.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with some Saturday mornings on a rota (8:00 am to 12:30 pm).
