Job summary

Hallmark Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Parts Advisor to help colleagues and customers source and supply vehicle parts.

You will ensure the stockroom is well maintained and stock levels are managed by handling the ordering and selling of a wide range of parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience in a Motor Factors or dealer retail parts environment, plus excellent interpersonal and administration skills, and good IT literacy with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Motor Factors or Dealer retail parts environment.
• Good interpersonal and administration skills.
• Practical knowledge of IT systems (including Microsoft Office).
• Good presentation and strong customer care, with clear communication.

Job Summary

The main purpose of the Parts Advisor is to assist colleagues and customers source and supply vehicle parts. You will ensure the parts stockroom is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.

The ideal person will have/be:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience gained in a Motor Factors or Dealer retail parts environment.
• Can demonstrate good interpersonal and administration skills.
• A practical knowledge of IT systems (including Microsoft Office).
• Good presentation i.e., be able to uphold high levels of customer care, excellent communication skills and well-presented application form.

And if possible, but not essential:

• A good understanding of stock handling and returns to manufacturer procedures.
• Experience gained in a franchised car dealership.
• Experience of Kerridge DMS & VWG ETKA systems.
