Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Parts Advisor at a busy main dealership in Milton Keynes. Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred; a Full UK Driving Licence is required.

The role involves receiving, picking and dispatching parts, maintaining stock records and delivering excellent customer service. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am–5.30pm with one in four Saturdays paid as overtime.

• Ability to manage stock, orders and customer enquiries efficiently.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and organise incoming parts and stock.
• Pick, pack and dispatch parts orders accurately.
• Order parts and accessories to meet workshop and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records and departmental documentation.
• Handle parts enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the Service and Parts departments.
• Ensure all parts operations meet company and dealership standards.

Job description

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Milton Keynes. Previous experience within an automotive parts department is preferred. Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £26,650 basic per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime
