Job summary

Main Car Dealership in Milton Keynes is seeking a Parts Advisor to provide exceptional customer service in a busy parts department. You will support the Workshop and trade parts operation, including export parts, and ensure efficient goods-in, parts identification, and order processing while maintaining stock control and liaising with Service on parts matters.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor ideally within any industry.
• Excellent customer handling skills are essential for this role.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unrivalled levels of customer service in a busy parts department.
• Support the Workshop and trade parts operation, including export sales.
• Manage goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, perpetual stock checks, stock rotation and returns.
• Liaise with Service over parts related matters and maintain professional customer interactions.

I am working with a Main Car Dealership in the Milton Keynes area who are seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor with previous experience as a Parts Advisor.

Parts Advisor Role

• Working within a busy parts department, you will be focused on delivering unrivalled levels of customer service, and a modern and efficient parts service
• The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop, and to deal with a busy trade parts operation (including export sales)
• You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts dept. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters, parts verification experience would be beneficial.
• You will be expected to deal with customers in a professional and personal focus, as expected by the brand.

Additional Requirements:

Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5.30pm and alternative Saturdays
