About the role
Sytner Group is seeking a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Sytner Maidenhead.
As a Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers. You will handle requests promptly and support colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the parts stock room, managing stock levels, and overseeing the ordering and selling of vehicle parts and accessories.
This role involves working flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure high levels of customer service.
About you
Applicants should have prior Parts Advisor experience within the automotive industry.
Experience in a similar role and IT literacy are preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer-facing experience are essential.
