Our client is a prestige vehicle dealership seeking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor for their dealership. Working within a busy and unique department, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service and a modern, efficient parts service. The main priority is maintaining high service levels to the Workshop and managing a busy Trade parts operation, including export sales.

Parts Advisor Role:

• You will work alongside another Parts Advisor dedicated to providing excellent service.
• You should be a well-rounded individual with knowledge of all aspects of a parts department, including goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, stock checking, rotation, returns, and liaising with Service on parts matters. Experience with parts verification is beneficial.
• You will interact with customers professionally and personally, upholding the brand's standards.
• A good technical/mechanical understanding will assist in parts identification and up-sell techniques.

Your Experience:

• Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of Main dealership Parts Advisor experience.
• Excellent customer handling skills are essential.
• Experience with Kerridge / ADP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with exporting parts is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are important.
