Parts Advisor / Warehouse Assistant in the Hatfield area

I am working with a Commercial dealership seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor / Warehouse Assistant.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor / Warehouse Assistant

Job Location – Hatfield

*** EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE ***

Salary starts from £25,000 pa basic depending on experience / OTE of up to £30,000

*** SHIFTS AVAILABLE ***

12:00pm – 10:00pm Monday to Friday

Parts Advisor Role:

• Working within a busy parts department, focused on delivering excellent customer service and an efficient parts service.
• Main priority is to maintain high service levels to the Workshop and handle a busy Trade parts operation, including export sales.
• Need to be a versatile all-rounder, understanding goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service on parts matters. Parts verification experience is beneficial.
• Expected to deal with customers professionally and personally, as per brand standards.
