Job summary

Tru Talent is recruiting an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client's team at Heathrow. You will provide excellent customer service, assist technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts, and ensure smooth stock management.

The ideal candidate has strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a dealership or automotive environment. The role requires full-time permanent employment with rotating shifts to cover early, mid, and late

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within an automotive parts environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and parts operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer literate and confident using technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience using Kerridge/Autoline or similar systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to retail, wholesale and internal customers
• Assist technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts
• Answer telephone enquiries and assist customers with their parts requirements
• Check, order, receive and manage stock
• Track incoming and outgoing parts accurately
• Source parts from alternative suppliers when required
• Ensure all parts are correctly billed and payments are processed
• Package and return parts to manufacturers
• Use parts manuals and systems to identify the correct parts
• Maintain an organised and efficient parts department
• Work closely with the wider team to keep customer vehicles on the road

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £31,000 + £15.00 shift allowance

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Shifts: Rotating shifts - 06:00-15:00 / 11:00-20:00 / 08:00-17:00
