Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Exeter is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. The role involves handling trade parts enquiries and orders by phone and online, identifying the correct parts, and helping customers find the best solutions.

You will work on a rotating Saturday rota, with a basic salary of £30,056 and a range of employee benefits including pension, discounts, and training opportunities to support your career progression within a leading motor retailer.

Qualifications

• Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry.

Responsibilities

• Deal with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.
• Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
• Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve targets.
• Identify and maximise upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures.
• Maintain knowledge on new or updated parts through training and reading bulletins, catalogues and recalls.

We are offering a basic salary of £30,056plus company benefits!

You will be required to work alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between the hours of 8.00am and 12.00pm.

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
