Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Exeter is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team on-site in Exeter. The role involves handling trade parts enquiries and orders, identifying parts to match customer needs, and driving upsell opportunities to boost sales.

You will maintain product knowledge through training and bulletins, while delivering excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers. The position offers a basic salary of £30,056 plus company benefits, with alternate Saturday hours

Qualifications

• Parts experience in the motor industry is preferred.
• Ambitious with a drive to seek out sales opportunities.
• Willingness to complete training and stay updated with parts bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Deal with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders by telephone and online platforms.
• Accurately identify parts to meet customer requirements and use promotions to hit targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities and grow overall parts sales.
• Keep knowledge up to date through training, bulletins, catalogues and recalls.

Vertu Land Rover Exeter have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!

We are offering a basic salary of £30,056 plus company benefits!

You will be required to work alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between the hours of 8.00am and 12.00pm.

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
