Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team on site. You will handle trade parts enquiries and orders by telephone and online, identify parts to meet customer needs, and promote specials to hit targets.

Ideal applicants will have Parts experience in the motor industry, a drive to grow sales from our customer database, and a willingness to complete training to stay updated with parts and recalls.

Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!

We are offering a basic salary of £30,056 plus company benefits!

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers.

Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
