Job summary

Vertu Skoda Derby is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team on site. You will handle incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms, correctly identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements.

Ideally you have parts experience in the motor industry, a driven, ambitious approach, and a track record of exceeding parts sales objectives. We invest in our colleagues' development with ongoing training and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Parts experience in a similar motor role is preferred.
• Ability to identify parts to meet customer requirements and upsell where possible.
• Willingness to complete training and stay up-to-date with parts updates.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.
• Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
• Utilise promotions to achieve targets and upsell opportunities.

We are offering a basic salary of £30,000plus company benefits!

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
