Job summary

Kream, a well-known motor-factors branch in Crediton, is seeking a Parts Advisor with automotive parts experience to join their team.

You will serve trade and retail customers at the front desk, handle calls, locate parts, arrange deliveries, and process special orders. Knowledge of parts processes and IT/electronic catalogues is essential.

The role also involves stock control, handling warranty items, and promoting offers.

To be considered you will need to have occupied the Parts Advisor role previously, in either a franchised main dealer or motor-factors. You will be familiar with Parts processes and related IT / electronic catalogues.
