Job summary

Kream Motor Recruitment is seeking a Parts Advisor for a well-established motor-factors branch in Crediton. The role focuses on delivering excellent service at the front desk to trade and retail customers, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and product knowledge.

You will manage stock, handle special orders via suppliers, process warranties, and promote offers and campaigns as part of a busy team. Familiarity with parts processes and electronic catalogues is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Advisor experience in franchised main dealer or motor-factors.
• Familiar with parts processes and IT/electronic catalogues.
