Job summary

Kream Motor Recruitment is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a well-known privately owned motor-factors’ branch in Seaton. The role involves serving trade and retail customers at the front desk, taking calls, locating components and arranging deliveries, and processing special orders from third party suppliers.

You will be familiar with parts processes and IT/catalogues, with prior experience in a franchised main dealer or motor-factors.

Qualifications

• Must have previously held a Parts Advisor role in a franchised main dealer or motor-factors.
• Familiar with parts processes and related IT/electronic catalogues.

Responsibilities

• Serving trade and retail customers at the front desk.
• Taking trade and retail parts calls, locating components and arranging deliveries.
• Processing ‘special-orders’ of non-stock items through third party suppliers.
• Stock control and replenishment.
• Processing warranty and returned items.
• Promoting special offers and marketing campaigns.
