Job summary

Kream in Seaton is seeking a Parts Advisor to join a well-known motor-factors branch. You will serve trade and retail customers at the front desk, take calls, locate parts and arrange deliveries, and process special orders through third party suppliers.

You will also manage stock levels, handle warranty returns, and promote offers to drive sales. Prior Parts Advisor experience in a franchised dealer or motor-factors is required, with familiarity of parts processes and electronic catalogues.

Qualifications

• Experience as Parts Advisor previously in franchised main dealer or motor-factors.
• Familiar with Parts processes and related IT/electronic catalogues.
