The Recruitment Solution are working directly with a dealer group in the Norfolk area and are looking to bring someone into this varied Parts Advisor role that will expose you to all aspects of the dealership, allowing you to make a genuine contribution to its success.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in an automotive parts environment and a good knowledge of electronic parts catalogues, plus a team-focused attitude in a busy dealership setting.

• The successful candidate must have previous experience in an automotive parts environment, with good knowledge of electronic parts catalogues
• You will be responsible for dealing with trade and retail customers both face to face and over the phone, and supplying parts to the workshop
• You will need to have the ability to work well within a team
• Experience working within a busy environment where you must possess a mature attitude and be a team player.
