Auto Skills UK is recruiting an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor for our Aldershot branch. You will manage parts enquiries, source parts and ensure accurate orders while delivering excellent customer service in a busy dealership environment.

The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, with no weekend work. A minimum of one year in a franchised main dealer is preferred, along with strong IT and catalogue skills.

Aufgaben

• Handle parts enquiries from customers, workshop technicians and trade customers.

• Support the workshop by ensuring technicians have the required parts.

The Role

As a Automotive Parts Advisor, you'll play an important role in the smooth running of the parts department, ensuring customers and workshop technicians receive the correct parts efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling parts enquiries from customers, workshop technicians and trade customers.
• Identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts using electronic parts catalogues.
• Checking stock availability, pricing and processing parts orders.
• Supporting the workshop by ensuring technicians have the parts required to complete repairs and servicing.
• Managing parts deliveries, stock control and inventory records.

About You

To be considered for this Parts Advisor position, you'll need:
