Job summary

Moneycorp in London seeks a Partnerships Manager for its Private Clients division to orchestrate growth across the partner ecosystem. You’ll originate, onboard, enable, and drive joint go-to-market plans with wealth managers, family offices, and other partners to generate revenue.

In this consultative role, you’ll engage senior stakeholders across partner organisations, align FX and payment solutions to client needs, and uphold KYC/AML standards while expanding Moneycorp’s market reach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and managing partnership relationships serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Successful track record in partnership, business development, or commercial roles driving revenue.
• Deep understanding of needs and buying behaviours of HNW/UHNW clients.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and sophisticated clients.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed commercial targets in a consultative sales environment.
• Ability to understand partner business models, market dynamics, and end-customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand partnerships with HNW/UHNW clients and their networks.
• Deliver FX and payments expertise; discuss strategy and roadmap in market context.
• Strengthen relationships; be primary contact and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate and innovate; drive co-selling and partner planning with Moneycorp teams.
• CRM management and data integrity; maintain partner interactions and forecasts.
