About The Role

This role is for individuals who are looking to work in a fast paced and high energy sales environment at the UK’s largest independently owned FX company. The right individuals will have the opportunity to earn life changing money and share life changing experiences. HCFX are a FCA Regulated currency market expert, offering foreign exchange, FX options, and bespoke structured products.

We are searching for a Partnerships Manager, who has a track record of closing partner businesses or individuals, who will refer warm leads to us. The successful applicant will have strong organisation skills, be able to manage multiple pipelines and demonstrate strong sales acumen.

We want you to be inspired, challenged and motivated to succeed. Our onboarding & training plan, provided by our experienced team, gives you the foundations to excel. HCFX also offers fully paid exams to achieve regulation, should you wish to do so.

We pride ourselves on currently paying some of the highest year one commission (up to 18%) and up to 14% for life of the client while at HCFX. We want everyone who joins this team to have had a great experience that will shape their future career, regardless of success and tenure here.

Our office is in Central London (Mayfair) and this role is primarily office based, certainly for the first 6 months. If an individual is exceptional and it will benefit them, the business is set-up to support hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching prospective partners to understand their organisation, business and potential to refer warm leads to us.
  • Making introductory calls to prospective partners whom you have identified, exploring the opportunity and assessing the value to HCFX. Setting meetings.
  • Booking and sitting meetings with prospective partners. Support provided from the Partnerships Director.
  • Building a partner pipeline, managing multiple opportunities and negotiating. Closing on terms. Extrapolation of warm leads / referrals.
  • Building a sales pipeline from partner generated leads.
  • Meeting monthly targets on activity.
  • Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations, that the interests of the client are at the forefront of all sales activity.
  • Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business; one team, one dream!
  • Being aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy. Understanding how this impacts prospects and clients’ financial performance.
  • Attending training sessions, taking the initiative to learn from your activity and others. Hold yourself and your peers accountable. Own your success.
  • Keeping up to date with market structure, changes and regulation.
