About the role

This role is for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced and high-energy sales environment at the UK’s largest independently owned FX company. The right individuals will have the opportunity to earn significant income and share impactful experiences. HCFX is an FCA Regulated currency market expert, offering foreign exchange, FX options, and bespoke structured products.

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager with a proven track record of closing deals with partner businesses or individuals who will refer warm leads to us. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple pipelines, and demonstrate strong sales acumen.

We aim to inspire, challenge, and motivate you to succeed. Our onboarding and training program, provided by our experienced team, will give you the foundation to excel. HCFX also offers fully paid exams to achieve regulation, should you choose to pursue them.

We pride ourselves on offering some of the highest first-year commissions (up to 18%) and up to 14% for the lifetime of the client while at HCFX. We want everyone who joins our team to have a positive experience that will shape their future career, regardless of their tenure or success.

Our office is located in Central London (Mayfair), and this role is primarily office-based for the first six months. Exceptional candidates who can benefit from a hybrid setup are also supported.

Key responsibilities

As a Partnership Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Research prospective partners to understand their organization, business, and potential to refer warm leads.
  2. Make introductory calls to identified prospects, explore opportunities, and assess value to HCFX. Set up meetings.
  3. Book and attend meetings with prospective partners, with support from the Partnerships Director.
  4. Build and manage a partner pipeline, negotiate terms, and close deals. Generate warm leads/referrals.
  5. Develop a sales pipeline from partner-generated leads.
  6. Meet monthly activity targets.
  7. Ensure all revenue targets are met in compliance with FCA regulations, prioritizing client interests.
  8. Develop internal relationships across departments; promote teamwork.
  9. Stay informed about FX movements and the global economy, understanding their impact on prospects and clients.
  10. Attend training sessions, take initiative to learn, and hold yourself and peers accountable. Own your success.
  11. Keep up-to-date with market changes and regulations.
Essential experience & skills

  • At least 2+ years of partnership and/or sales experience, with proven consistent performance evidenced by strong numbers.
  • Resilient, excellent communication skills, and confidence on the phone.
