This role is for individuals eager to work in a fast-paced and high-energy sales environment at the UK’s largest independently owned FX company. The right candidates will have the opportunity to earn significant income and gain valuable experiences. HCFX is FCA regulated and offers foreign exchange, FX options, and bespoke structured products.
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager with a proven track record of closing deals with partner businesses or individuals who can refer warm leads to us. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple pipelines, and demonstrate sales expertise.
We want you to feel inspired, challenged, and motivated to succeed. Our onboarding and training program, provided by our experienced team, will give you the foundation to excel. HCFX also offers fully paid exams for regulatory qualification if desired.
We currently offer some of the highest first-year commissions (up to 18%) and up to 14% for the lifetime of the client while at HCFX. We aim to ensure everyone who joins has a positive experience that shapes their future career, regardless of tenure or success.
Our office is located in Central London (Mayfair), and this role is primarily office-based for the first six months. Exceptional candidates who can benefit from hybrid working arrangements are also supported.
