Job summary

iwoca is seeking a Junior Technical Integration Manager to join the Partnerships team in London. You will guide partner developers through the Lending API, troubleshoot integrations, and help translate partner feedback into roadmap improvements.

You’ll work hybrid in London, collaborating with the Partner Flow team to ensure a smooth journey from partner app to funded loan and build strong technical relationships with various platforms.

Qualifications

• A technical or scientific degree.
• Strong understanding of how APIs work and integration logic.
• Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical approach to root-cause problems.
• Commercial sense to prioritise tasks and partners.
• Comfort with AI tools for investigation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for partners’ developers and support their API integrations.
• Triage live integration issues, trace through logs and code, and coordinate fixes with the Partner Flow team.
• Own the monitoring and documentation of the Lending API and partner journeys.
