Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in London is seeking a Junior Technical Integration Manager to guide partners' developers through Lending API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and translate partner needs into product features.

You will work with the Partnerships and Partner Flow teams, learn the API end-to-end, and help optimise partner journeys. Hybrid in London; degree in a technical field required; curious, meticulous, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

• A degree in a technical or scientific subject.
• Understanding of how APIs work and how integrations function.
• Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical approach to root causes, not just symptoms.
• Commercial sense to prioritise problems and partners.
• Comfortable using AI tools to investigate and derive answers.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Lending API end to end—endpoints, webhooks and failure modes.
• Guide partner engineers from sandbox to live, including optimisations.
• Review partner journeys and advise changes to increase funding.
• Triage live integration issues, trace logs and code with Partner Flow engineers.
• Own the technical relationship with each partner from engineers to commercial leads.
• Pitch new API features to partners alongside the commercial team.
• Be the partners' voice inside the company and push needs onto the roadmap.
• Build monitoring to detect degradation before partners notice problems.
• Analyze integration performance data to find unreported issues.
• Own public API documentation and make it a competitive advantage.
