Job summary

iwoca is seeking a Junior Technical Integration Manager in the Partnerships team. You will guide partner developers through the Lending API, troubleshoot issues, and translate partner needs into product enhancements while learning to own integrations end-to-end.

Work is hybrid in London with the Partner Flow team. You should be curious, meticulous, and comfortable working independently, with a mindset to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or scientific subject (e.g., CS, engineering, maths, physics).
• Understanding how APIs work and can be applied in partner integrations.
• Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical approach to get to root causes, not just symptoms.
• Commercial sense to prioritise problems and partners effectively.
• Comfortable using AI tools to investigate and derive answers.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for partners' developers, guiding API integrations.
• Triages live integration issues, traces logs and coordinates fixes with engineers.
• Own the technical relationship with partners, from engineers to commercial leads.
• Pitch API features to partners and contribute to roadmap discussions.
