Job summary

Eden Training Solutions is seeking a proactive Partnership Advisor to build and maintain strong relationships with employers, driving apprenticeship starts and promoting Eden Training Solutions. You'll play a key role in maximising new business opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, supporting new employer onboarding, and contributing to team targets.

You'll work to develop partnerships, manage onboarding processes, attend meetings, and represent Eden positively with all stakeholders,

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective employers via phone and email.
• Develop strong relationships with employers.
• Support employers with the set-up of their apprenticeship account and onboarding processes.
• Promote Eden's products and services effectively.
• Attend team meetings and share best practice.
• Represent Eden positively with all stakeholders.
