EDEN MOTOR GROUP in Newbury is looking for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our parts department at Eden Newbury. You will develop an organised, systematic approach and focus on delivering complete customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients.

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor you will learn to identify customer needs, handle face-to-face and telephone inquiries, and ensure requests are met while developing product knowledge and service standards.

Role Description

We are looking for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our parts department at Eden Newbury. As an Apprentice Parts Advisor you will learn to identify customer needs, both face to face and via the telephone, and ensure that they are met.
