Bath College is seeking an Employer Engagement Advisor to develop partnerships with local employers, promote apprenticeships and training opportunities, and support businesses to recruit and develop talent. The role involves speaking with employers, identifying workforce needs and creating pathways for people into rewarding careers through apprenticeships and training.

You'll join a proactive team focused on delivering opportunities for students and employers.

Qualifications

• Experience in building partnerships with employers is desirable.
• Ability to identify workforce needs and generate opportunities.
• Proactive, organised and results-driven with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Working with employers to create apprenticeship opportunities.
• Sourcing, supporting and placing candidates into roles.
• Managing your own pipeline of vacancies and applicants.
• Promoting opportunities through events, campaigns and outreach.
• Delivering against clear, measurable targets.
