Job summary

Brentford FC Limited is seeking a Partnerships Services Executive to support the Partnerships Services team in delivering activations and maximizing partner value. You will be the main day-to-day contact for selected club partners, helping to deliver seasonal activation plans and partner events.

The role requires a proactive, creative communicator with strong relationship management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and weekend/evening flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in client retention through established strong existing relationships.
• Genuine interest in brands, marketing and commercial partnerships in sport.
• Experience working for a rights holder or agency in sport.
• Interest in digital marketing and social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Partnership Services Lead to create and deliver seasonal activation plans for selected club partners.
• Be main day-to-day contact for selected club partners.
• Collaborate with partners to create engaging ways to drive partner satisfaction and achieve objectives.
• Assist in delivery of partner events and experiences (matchday activations, Play on the Pitch experiences, Training Ground visits).
• Assist in ensuring Club Partners’ contractual assets are delivered in full, coordinating with internal departments to meet deadlines and standards.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver activations on Matchdays and non-Matchdays.
• Ensure the Partnership database is efficiently maintained.
• Help build best in class case studies for use across the partnership team.
• Identify areas where servicing levels can be improved.
