Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is seeking Partnership Activation Executives to support the delivery of partner requirements and drive innovative activations across the Club. You will manage events, ticketing and hospitality, liaise with departments to ensure all partner needs are met.

You will coordinate events such as Partner Summit, Play on the Pitch, and Golf Days, and handle administration including POs, courier orders and partner content days. Flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events management, entertainment, hospitality or partnership activation.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of operational requirements for key partners.
• Lead on some accounts under guidance of Senior Partnership Account Manager.
• Support partner ticketing and hospitality requirements.
• Develop events such as Partner Summit, Play on the Pitch, and Golf Days.
• Administrative duties: raising POs, courier orders, and coordinating partner content days and shirt signing sessions.
