Brentford FC is seeking a Partnership Services Executive to support the partnerships team in maximizing partner growth and revenue targets. You will help deliver seasonal activation plans, manage day-to-day partner contacts and coordinate assets and activations across matchdays and non-matchdays.

Growth on the pitch is helping growth off the pitch and as such, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, creative, resourceful, team player to join our dynamic Partnership Services team. The Partnership Services team carry out a diverse range of activities and events throughout the calendar to ensure the club is fulfilling its contractual obligations to partners and to ensure that each partner maximises the value of their investment with the Club. Working with the Partnership Services Lead, this role will support our partnerships team with maximizing partnerships growth and achieving revenue targets but play an important role in the planning and delivery of partner assets and activations and will be responsible for enhancing current and new partner relationships.
Any Experience in client retention through established strong existing relationships.
Have a genuine interest in brands, marketing and commercial partnerships in sport Any experience working for a rights holder or agency in sport An interest in digital marketing A native understanding of social media and associated trends

Working as a first point of contact in a professional manner with partners Instigate and attend meetings with existing partners. Attend networking events to promote Brentford FC. Help deliver best in class events and partner delivery.
Following processes and procedures set by line manager and escalating when necessary.
Support in the ideation of campaign and activation ideas for partners Identify areas where servicing levels can be improved.
