Job summary

Flotek Group is a fast-growing UK technlogy company seeking an experienced client relations specialist to ensure outstanding partner service and enduring relationships. Based at the head office in Bridgend, you will manage ongoing partner accounts, conduct regular reviews, and collaborate with the sales team to onboard and grow the partner base.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Sales experience.
• IT and Comms knowledge preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with partners.
• Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts and complete regular account reviews.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services into existing partners.
• Deal with sales orders for existing partners and help partners review their latest technology requirements.
