Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Success Lead to manage a book of engagements across EMEA with partner delivery accountability. You will own the end-to-end delivery, ensure Claude usage grows, and diagnose and unblock stalled engagements before customers disengage.

You will build senior relationships with partner delivery leadership, align internal teams, and turn proven moves into reusable best practices to scale partner success.

Responsibilities

• Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome.
• Run weekly delivery reviews and escalate stalled or at-risk engagements with clear owners and asks.
• Unblock issues across partner capacity, scope creep, readiness, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and track delivery quality, consumption, and adoption for managed partner accounts.
• Develop senior relationships with partner practice and delivery leadership for executive trust.
• Turn successful moves into reusable best practices and scalable playbooks.
