Ironclad is seeking an entrepreneurial EMEA Partner Success Manager to shape and operationalise our Global Partner Services programs from London. You will build scalable partner engagement, enablement, and co-delivery across major SI and consulting firms in Europe.

Based in London with regular time in the office, you will drive readiness, alignment, and post-live adoption to improve time-to-value and platform usage while collaborating across Sales, Alliances, and Customer Value teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Partner Operations, Customer Success, Implementation, or related SaaS roles.
• 2+ years with implementation partners, subcontractors, or partner delivery teams.

Aufgaben

• Own relationships with strategic partners’ practice and delivery leaders.
• Coordinate partner engagement across discovery, readiness, delivery, and post-live support.
• Evolve partner programs with Enablement, Alliances, and Customer Value leadership.
• Assess partner capacity, readiness, and alignment with business demand and regional growth.
• Build partner enablement plans covering product knowledge, integrations, and value selling.
• Collaborate with EA and partner teams to understand ISV offerings and customer requirements.
• Ensure post-live adoption and sustained platform usage with clear milestones.
• Identify patterns affecting conversion, delivery quality, and time to value.
• Establish an EMEA partner operating rhythm with reviews, readiness, and escalation management.
